Supply Chain Management - offers advice and support concerning every aspect of the supply chain from design to implementation and sustainment. We will work with you on end-to-end scenarios for supply chain modeling, analysis of potential problem areas in the distribution chain, distribution management, and provide recommendations for improvement and process reengineering.
Advanced Planning, Scheduling, Analysis, and Optimization - provides it's customers with personnel to help stay ahead of the competition. We provide support assistance to our customers with planning, research, follow-up, timeline development, analytic and logic analysis, while providing solutions to help optimize capabilities.
Enterprise Support and Performance Metrics - works directly with the customer and enterprise developers to provide a complete product to the customer. HCI can provide subject matter experts (SMEs) to assist with the development of blueprinting requirements, realization of projects, performance metrics, as well as providing the basis for initial training and sustainment training. Our SMEs have experience with various enterprise and non-enterprise solutions.
Materials Management - provides the customer with expertise to assist with the management of all types of property whether it is property book, warehouse, or repair parts. We provide personnel to provide analysis, on-site assistance, instruction, recommendations, and corrective action support. Support provided includes material handlers, production control, quality control, property book, and assistance teams.
Warehouse Management - offers its customers the capability to receive, store, and issue/ship assets to global locations. We provide a wide range of trained professionals to assist with all your warehousing needs. Our warehouse management provides an effective, reliable, flexible, and secure capability that supports your business needs. We can provide recommendations for efficiencies in operations, day to day labor, and an increased capability.
Maintenance Management - offers its customers a variety of options while complementing or replacing current staffing. We offer personnel for all levels of maintenance: Mechanics, Production Control, Parts Clerks, and Quality Control. We are experienced in using multiple automation systems to support maintenance processes including work orders, requisitioning, scheduled and unscheduled services, property control, and readiness reporting. We also provide instruction for the wide variety of logistics automation and can analyze and establish performance metrics in support of shop efficiencies.
