Technical Capability:
Stanley provides R&D engineering and programmatic support to NAVSEA’s Advanced Systems Technology Office.  For the ASTO Program Director, we coordinate projects throughout the Advanced R&D lifecycle. We perform T&E analysis of advanced technologies that are potentially useful to submarines and surface combatants.  We plan at-sea tests, help manage the APB program and coordinate S&T efforts with industry, Navy Warfare Centers and university IPTs.  Stanley supports the development, engineering, test and evaluation through transition of Advanced R&D projects under ASTO.  We manage ASTO, Acoustic Rapid COTS Insertion, Submarine Combat System T&E, TB-29A Thin Line Towed Array program T&E.  Stanley provides engineering support for the APB acoustic and tactical programs.  Stanley provides sonar system acquisition and testing support to PMS 401 and PMS 425 for the submarine sonars, combat control, and towed array systems.

XOtech provides essential materiel management support to the Logistics Officers and Property Book Officers of the ARC2 Theatre and Expeditionary Commands and their units covered under the phases of the PWS.  XOtech possesses a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of PBUSE, USE, REIMS, SAMS-E, SARSS, ARSIDS and other materiel management tools necessary to provide comprehensive support to ARC2 commands and units in assisting accountable officers with maintain property book records, reconciling and maintaining hand receipts, properly cataloging of standard and non-standard property, conducting and managing all types of inventories, managing and executing directed lateral transfers, and managing the cross leveling and final disposition of excess equipment. XOtech provides solid continuity to an ever changing Army Reserve staff. XOtech’s CAVERS solution is used by the Army Sustainment Command’s Distribution Management Center, FORSCOM, NETCOM, USARPAC, and USASOC to manage throughout the commands to ensure visibility and cross-leveling/laterally transfer of excess items. The system data contains all Army data to include U.S. Army Reserve data that is updated daily from raw PBUSE data files. XOtech makes this data available to the USARC for asset visibility and integrity of PBUSE property book data.
