Mr. Armando Ygbuhay, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ygbuhay is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of HCI | integrated solutions, as well, providing strategic direction for all aspects of the business with a focus on corporate growth, marketing, business development strategies, and the implementation of the corporate vision, mission, and principles. Prior to joining HCI, Mr. Ygbuhay held various management positions with AT&T Government Solutions, Inc. During his tenure, he was responsible for program management and business development within the Federal Government market. Previous to joining the private sector, Mr. Ygbuhay enjoyed a 20-year career with the United States Army where he held a wide variety of management positions with increasing degrees of responsibility within the Army’s information technology and logistics communities. Mr. Ygbuhay earned a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and is also an MBA graduate.
Mr. William (Bill) Piper, Vice President, Technical Services Group (TSG)
Mr. Piper is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Technical Services Group's Profit and Loss Statement along with program/contract management. In addition, he is responsible for managing business and customer relationships, and oversight of bid and proposal process within his group. Prior to joining HCI, Mr. Piper was a Program Manager and Subject Matter Expert for AT&T Government Solutions, Inc. He also served 20-years in the United States Army working in various management and information technology positions with increased levels of responsibility. Mr. Piper earned a BS degree in Computer Information Systems and an MS in management Information Systems.
Mr. Greg Guiney, Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Guiney is responsible for managing the company's marketing, capture management, and proposal development activities that support the company's strategic market sector growth and business objectives. Prior to joining HCI, Mr. Guiney was Director of Business Development at The Logistics Company, Iraq Theater Manager and Vice President of Operations for Operational Support & Services (now Linc Government Services), a Senior MTT Instructor for Camber Corporation, and a practicing Insurance Defense Attorney. He also served 21 years in the United States Army in various positions through Battalion Commander and finishing as a Combined Arms & Service Staff School Instructor, Mr. Guiney earned a BA degree in Political Science from the Citadel and JD from Drake University Law School.
Mr. Curtis Roth, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Roth is responsible for the accounting and financial operations of the company, including pricing, cash management, budgeting and forecasting. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining all financial relationships for the company, including banking, leasing, business insurance, and audits. Prior to joining HCI, Mr. Roth has operated and sold several businesses. His most recent ventures were in the telecommunications industry where he sold both products and related professional services to various commercial customers. Mr. Roth earned a BS degree in Accounting.
