Project Technical Management (PTM) Support. Supports client’s IT programs and projects through managing and tracking your complex IT projects/programs from design, development, and implementation. Technical project/program support also includes defining requirements and coordinating project life cycle deployment; defining schedule for implementation and required resources; developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans; identifying and resolving project issues; and designing and maintaining technical and project documentation (e.g., Users Manuals).
Automated Information System / Database Management and Support. Expert assistance and personnel to support your information systems and database. HCI | integrated solutions provides experts in the operation and maintenance of Standard Army Maintenance Information System (STAMIS) and Logistics Information Systems (LIS) to include, but not limited to, the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE), the Army’s web-based logistics solution that provides real time property accountability and asset visibility; the Standard Army Retail Supply System – 1 (SARSS-1); and SAMS-E. AIS/STAMIS support provided includes, but is not limited to, providing functional and technical support and advice; installing and upgrading systems and application tools, per customer requirements; developing or assisting in the development of software tools; monitoring and optimizing system performance; modifying and enhancing system architecture; system user and administrator management; security; ensuring compliance with laws and regulations; performing and planning for backing up and recovering information; maintaining archived information; testing system capabilities, correcting errors, and making necessary modifications; providing customer and user support; fielding and training.
Data Management. Services focusing on integrity, security, and functionality. HCI | integrated solutions data management support services includes data integration and migration, to include mapping and transferring data from existing architecture into a new structure; integrating legacy systems into new environments; data cleansing; and data mapping. Under the Standard Army Maintenance System – Enhanced (SAMS-E) contract, HCI supported the conversion of every Army ULLS-G, SAMS-1, and SAMS-2 system into one modernized system, which included over 14,000 systems worldwide and involved an extensive migration of legacy data while maintaining data integrity and system functionality.
Training Support. Operational and technical training for U.S. Army STAMIS and other systems, to include the Unit Level Logistics System – Aviation (ULLS-A); Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARSS); Standard Army Maintenance System – Enhanced (SAMS-E); and Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE); Transportation Coordinator’s Automation Information Management System II (TC-AIMS II); Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT); Combat Service Support Automated Information Systems Interface (CAISI); Battle Command Sustainment Support System (BCS3) and NON STAMIS Supply Inventory Management System (SIMS). Training and instructional support includes new equipment fielding and training; development of training requirements, curriculum, and materials, per the customer’s needs; instruction; development of metrics to measure student success; and close out assistance.
Help Desk Support. 24/7/365 customer and help desk support, acting as the first line of communication for any AIS/STAMIS issues, service requests, and problem reporting. Help desk support include troubleshooting; answering user questions; resolving user issues on-site, remotely or through step-by-step instructions telephonically for operating systems; software applications; networking; security; and acquisition issues; hardware and software testing; and operation and maintenance of issue tracking systems.
