HCI | integrated solutions (HCI) provides training support services to include, but not limited to, providing Platform, Mobile Training Team, and Field Instructors; course and doctrine development; New Equipment Training; products and Programs of Instruction; and Lessons Learned Consolidation.

HCI provides qualified subject matter experts (SME) that effectively and efficiently perform Logistics Readiness Assistance and Training Services in support of the US Army. HCI also instructs the following training courses in support of the US Army. Some examples of the courses taught by HCI are GCSS-Army Property Book Manager, GCSS-Army Plant Maintenance Manager, GCSS-Army Unit Supply Manager, Unit Movement Officer Deployment Planning, Unit Armorer Certification, and Company Commander GCSS-Army Course.

HCI provides training support services to a variety of customers to include the NGB and U.S. Army Sustainment Command and the Theater Tank and Armament Command (TACOM). HCI has supported the NGB-J7 in the development, execution, and enhancement of training for domestic operations, to include Vigilant Guard (VG) exercises; Homeland Response Force (HRF) exercises; and Chemical, Biological, Nuclear, Radiological, and high-yield Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) External Evaluations (ExEvals).

HCI has provided support for Security Force Assistance (SFA) and Cultural Awareness (CA) training for over 180 military advisors.

Platform, Mobile Training Team & Field Instructors

Qualified instructors provide training in the classroom, in the field, and in diverse locations. Additional support includes instructing and evaluating student progress; evaluating training method effectiveness; developing training materials in coordination with subject matter experts, when necessary; and providing feedback and improvements on curriculum. HCI’s instructors deliver educationally sound products and programs that adhere to defined customer requirements.

Course, Doctrine, and POI Development

Instructors and analysts provide course development support services to include working with subject matter experts on traditional, distance, and blended learning courses to support the creation, revision, and improvement of training. Support also includes developing course content and objectives; determining the most advantageous method of training; developing assignments and activities; evaluating the effectiveness of the training and readjusting to meet objectives. Doctrine development support includes the analysis, creation, and revision of policies, procedures, strategies and operations to allow for organizational efficiency. Our analysts assist customers in defining goals and developing strategies to reach the customer’s desired vision. Program of Instruction (POI) support provides the creation and refinement of course programs of instruction to include conducting research; updating course materials, methods of instruction and activities; and coordinating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to review and determine material integration.

New Equipment Training

Qualified instructors provide operation, maintenance, and sustainment training to customers for new equipment and Automated Information Systems (AIS) to include the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced and the National Guard Bureau’s Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS). New equipment training classes are provided to support the operation, maintenance, and sustainment of new products or instruments. New equipment training support also includes providing personnel with proper safety procedures, operation, setup and disassembly, inspection, testing, Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS), troubleshooting, and technical qualifications and skills. Training course packages are delivered in correspondence with prescribed standards and regulations. Trainers provide support with training course packages, training materials, and completion reports.

Lessons Learned Consolidation

Maintain effective strategies and high workforce performance through comprehensive knowledge management. Lessons Learned Consolidation support services provide customers with “big picture” analysis of operational functions, processes, and procedures. Research and analysis identifies trends, competencies, and capabilities to drive goal oriented strategies. Support provided includes conducting research and data collection of previous functions, processes, and procedures; analysis of findings; and integration of outcomes in coordination with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
